Happy Monday friends! I wanted to make sure I posted something today so that everyone didn't assume that no usually scheduled Monday bump-date meant we were in labor...because that is sadly not the case! I'll give a little more info tomorrow in our bump-date, but it's just not happening today because I have felt horrible all weekend (really since last Thursday) and we didn't take any photos for the update.
So, I am here to tell you all about our weekend...not that it was too exciting!
First, how about a peek at our little Lillian? Here ya go:
Friday's are my scheduled ultrasound days and we got some great pictures of her! She currently (well, as of Friday) weighs 7lb 6oz and has some pretty chunky cheeks! We cannot wait to meet her!
Friday night Stephen went grocery shopping on his own while I stayed home on the couch and watched a chick flick. I knew that I was not up for walking around the grocery store and even though we always go shopping together, I had to bit the bullet and stay home. Y'all, I left like a lame pregnant woman. Who can't go grocery shopping!?
Saturday morning we slept in and enjoyed some cuddles with Louie before heading out to Fort Wayne. I was so happy when I took Tylenol and had some relief from this HORRIBLE back pain! We were able to get lunch at Chipotle (craving) and shop a little in Old Navy. That was so much fun! I think my back was hurting then but I just ignored it because I was loving all the spring colors and clothes! We bought a couple things for Lilly and myself that hopefully I can wear soon after she is born!
We also were able to catch some softball games at our nieces indoor tourney, so that was nice! We ate dinner with Stephen's parents before heading home...apparently at home a nesting bug bit me a little bit. While Stephen was showering I casually mentioned that I wanted to organize my closet a little bit...and well, when he came into our bedroom my closet was empty and our bed was covered with piles of clothes. Not the mention the huge pile for Goodwill I had started on the floor :) What can I say?! It felt good to go through things and do some organizing. My closet currently has the following categories:
Maternity clothes I wear still
Maternity clothes that no longer fit
Sweaters
Cardigans (non maternity but I wear them still)
Spring clothes I hope to wear soon
Some pictures from Saturday:
Sunday morning we did not make it to church and it was totally my fault. Again, my back was really hurting and there were some other pregnancy things going on too...anyways, we stayed home and gave Louie a bath (Stephen did that since there is no way I can do it these days) and watched movies as a little family. It was a nice relaxing day in between the back ache and contractions I was experiencing!
Notice in the top picture that you can see our tulips and daffodils coming up nicely! It won't be long now and they will be blooming. I cannot wait!!!
Hope your weekend was a good one! :)

aww don't feel bad. I believe a lot of woman don't go grocery shopping during pregnancy. I could not set foot in a grocery store because I smelled every single piece of food in there and always felt nauseas. It was not fun.
I would definitely have thought you were in labor if there was no post today! I'm so sorry that you've been feeling poorly--being pregnant and sick is no fun, especially when you are so close to your due date and want to get things accomplished! I love the pink bathing suit and flip flops you picked out--so cute! :)
